apply()

apply(m, point): Point

Parameters

m

unknown

point

Point

Returns

Point

applyVector()

applyVector(m, vector): Vector

Parameters

m

unknown

vector

Vector

Returns

Vector

compose()

compose(a, b): Transformation

Compose: b first, then a (function-composition order).

Parameters

a

unknown

b

unknown

Returns

Transformation

invert()

invert(m): Transformation

Inverse. A singular (non-invertible) matrix THROWS.

The old ?? identity() turned the kernel's "no inverse exists" into a perfectly plausible transform: apply(invert(scaling(0,1,1)), p) answered p itself, which is indistinguishable from a real inverse at every call site. There is no reading of a singular matrix that yields an inverse, so the failure is reported instead of guessed.

Parameters

m

unknown

Returns

Transformation

rotation()

rotation(axisOrigin, axisDirection, angleDeg): Transformation

Parameters

axisOrigin

Point

axisDirection

Vector

angleDeg

number

Returns

Transformation

scaling()

scaling(sx, sy, sz): Transformation

Parameters

sx

number

sy

number

sz

number

Returns

Transformation

translation()

translation(vector): Transformation

Parameters

vector

Vector

Returns
