instancesWithProperties()#

instancesWithProperties(key, instances, properties, scope): NodeInstance[] | undefined

The authored placements with every properties[] step written in.

undefined when the object has no property steps — the caller's existing "no authored instances" path then stays exactly as it was. Absent instances means ONE identity placement (ObjectNode's own contract), so a property list may write one element; making N placements is a different job and belongs to a method that produces them.
