apply()
apply(
m,point):Point
Parameters
m
unknown
point
Returns
applyVector()
applyVector(
m,vector):Vector
Parameters
m
unknown
vector
Returns
compose()
compose(
a,b):Transformation
Compose: b first, then a (function-composition order).
Parameters
a
unknown
b
unknown
Returns
invert()
invert(
m):Transformation
Inverse. A singular (non-invertible) matrix THROWS.
The old ?? identity() turned the kernel's "no inverse exists" into a perfectly plausible transform: apply(invert(scaling(0,1,1)), p) answered p itself, which is indistinguishable from a real inverse at every call site. There is no reading of a singular matrix that yields an inverse, so the failure is reported instead of guessed.
Parameters
m
unknown
Returns
rotation()
rotation(
axisOrigin,axisDirection,angleDeg):Transformation
Parameters
axisOrigin
axisDirection
angleDeg
number
Returns
scaling()
scaling(
sx,sy,sz):Transformation
Parameters
sx
number
sy
number
sz
number
Returns
translation()
translation(
vector):Transformation
