isLocked()#

isLocked(claims): boolean

True when the fold-node claims sidecar is stamped locked.

rejoinLocked()#

rejoinLocked(locked, free): ObjectData | undefined

Zipper the shielded documents back into the free remainder at the positions they held, so paint order follows the AUTHORED order.

Concatenating locked-first instead was correct only while every lock sat ahead of every free document; two non-adjacent locks around a free step came back as [lockedA, lockedB, free] instead of [lockedA, free, lockedB].

A step that changes cardinality moves the free pieces a later lock counted against, so a freeBefore past the end of the final remainder lands at the end — the same block-insert ceiling the pre-partition zipper had.
